How a route
runs.
Five steps from work order to signed checklist — the same run whether the job is a one-off pool cleaning or a weekly contract route.
The service
run.
Each step produces a record — that's how a property's work stays managed, not just promised.
Work order
The property, the tasks and the frequency logged in writing — scope and price confirmed before the crew rolls.
Route slot
The job lands on a route — recurring contract clients get a standing slot; one-off jobs are scheduled into the manifest.
Site walk
The route lead walks the property before work starts — conditions noted, access confirmed, the checklist set for the visit.
Work & products
The tasks performed and the products used listed on the order — the client knows what went where on their property.
Checklist close
The checklist completed and signed before departure; the visit record filed — the job's done when the items are checked.
Rules the crew
works by.
Order before roll
No truck moves before the work order is logged — scope in writing is the cheapest insurance in the business.
Walk before work
The lead walks the site before the crew starts — conditions and access confirmed, the checklist set.
Products on record
Chemicals used are listed on the order — the property owner knows what went where.
Checklist, not clock
The job's done when the items are checked — not when the scheduled hours run out.
Miss made good
Missed item → free return visit, logged and corrected. Not argued.
The file goes with you
The property's service history is the client's file — kept, not held hostage.
Asked of
the crew.
Both. Contract clients get a standing route slot — weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. One-off jobs are logged on the same manifest as single visits. Pricing differs: contracts priced per route cycle, one-offs per job.
Yes — that's the roster model. Janitorial, carpet and pest work inside; grounds, lawn and exterior work outside. A single work order can cover multiple routes, or each can be booked separately.
Pest control, fumigation and chemical lawn care are logged on the work order with products listed — clients see what was applied and where before work begins. Treatment runs under the labeled product's directions and applicable regulations.
Seasonal property maintenance combines landscaping during the growing season with snow plowing in winter — one contract covering the whole year. Standalone snow plowing for driveways and lots is also available as a separate route line.

The property, the tasks and the frequency — the crew responds with a written work order.
